The mouth that speaks and does not quit

My vision pierces the night yet it cannot see
Why you turn your nose at me
Is it the fetid stench of death
Or merely Tothian’s brains upon my breath

As my flesh festers and my mind doth rot
My worm ridden brain harbors but one thought
